To all players,
We are now getting ourselves ready to go into battle to put the club in a
stronger & better position than we were in last year. It is with honour and a
sense of pride that myself and the rugby board are representing you as club
leaders. We will be doing our best to ensure that you enjoy the season and be
proud to wear the eagle on your chest.
The amount of negotiations and work being done over the last couple of months
has been encouraging, we will endeavor to keep this momentum going throughout
the season and make sure that the whole club gets to know each other. All we
want from you is to play hard, be competitive, and show support & commitment to
your coaches and fellow teammates. This is where your culture will start to rise
and form the substance that was once in the club. If we can show the grit that
is required this will also make the club stronger in the future.
To the new boys who have come to take the challenge for the club, I wish you all
the best for the season, I hope you can make an impact and a difference and most
important.....enjoy yourself!
In closing, I wish Chris, Bill & all the coaching staff a great season. To the
premier grade - Good Luck on your selections and be proud to wear the jersey for
you are the window to the club success...
